Had a great time with friends! We explored Kew Gardens and caught some shows nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Rooms had everything we needed, and the location couldn't be better for city access. Free parking was a nice touch too! Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway.
